C omo a lesson for the country rated the II Congress of the National Victims of Political Violence in Peru (CONAVIP) held recently in Abancay ... certainly was an extraordinary year citizenship, and Congress not only itself but above all, the path taken by this organization since June 2007, which made Congress in its I Huancavelica.

Although not the only , this is one of the most sustained effort to articulate regional and national organizations, victims, relatives and others affected by the internal war in Peru. (1) In his fifth point, the Declaration of Apurimac for Justice and Repair All Races "includes the following:

" Memory and dignity. The Second National Congress has allowed us various local and regional initiatives on the importance of preserving and cultivating our memories. In this regard we welcome rectification of the central government for accepting the donation from the German government and thus enable the construction of places of memory.

However, we urge members of the Committee on this important task to collect the voices of all the blood to the Place of Memory can help the reconciliation process. "

The executive secretary of the Citizen Movement In order not to repeat, we welcome this statement jointly treasured achievements and challenges, against which we do not get sideways. Good points to the need for the Commission to collect all the voices ... we learned of the meeting with Army Commander General, members of the Reparations Council with CNDDHH ... what about the victims?

In it, we talk about Uchuraccay of hundred memory locations existing National Agreement, of our children, the CMYK, all without restrictions ... a Vargas Llosa are eager to know, need to listen, immerse themselves in urgent need of tempering that vibrates in survivors ... did not stop to ask ... was established institutional link to fruition ... amid the wealth of this dialogue, I remembered CHILDREN: " are not victims, we testimony."

I started this blog just over a year , appealing to the inclusion of voices in a dialogue about the Museum of Memory elites seemed to be ... today, a little of illuminating the Memory Space Mapping in Peru
